All posters are available framed. Each frame is custom-made by hand, using natural wood and museum-quality, 100% acid-free materials. Frames are available hand-stained in one of six colors for the basic price. If you are interested in custom frame styles or would like recommendations to match a particular decor or room, please feel free to email us your requirements, including photos of the setting, if possible. We are happy to help.
We highly recommend UV-coated Plexiglas®, which we feel is superior to glass for a variety of reasons:
1. It breathes, minimizing condensation that can ruin your art.
2. The UV coating protects your art from fading.
3. It is extremely durable and therefore ships very well.
4. It is relatively light, saving on shipping costs.
5. The latest generation of Plexiglas is extremely scratch resistant.
The only special care required to keep your UV Plexi like new is to use an ammonia-free window cleaner, commonly available at any supermarket or corner grocery store.
