Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Generally, you can expect delivery within 2 to 3 working days. Most orders are shipped USPS Priority. Your tracking number will be emailed to you.
Some items are shipped direct from our supplier. Supplier shipped items may take extra time to deliver. Check the “Item Description” for estimated delivery time. For additional assistance, you can call us or send us an email.
You can track the shipping status of your order using the “Track Your Order” feature located on our home page.
Should you find it necessary to return an item, please use the shipping method described in our “Return Policy”. We would appreciate a call or email from you before returning an item. Our email address is sales@melodywholesale.com . .

How to Change Your Order
Melody Wholesale processes your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an incorrect order, please notify us immediately by sending an e-mail to sales@melodywholesale.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it.

Return Policy
Our focus at Melody Wholesale is to make each shopping experience pleasant and trouble free. However, we recognize there may be a time when it will be necessary to return an item purchased from us. Our return policy covers items damaged-in-transit and merchandise that just didn’t meet your expectations. Should you need help with a return item or have questions, please contact us.

Returning Damaged Items
When we ship products to our customers we take great care in packaging customer purchases so your purchase arrives safely. We inspect each item prior to shipment.
However, if you receive an item that was damaged during shipment and need to return the item, we offer two methods of return.

Contact us and we will arrange for United Parcel Service to pick-up the Item. You will need to re-package the item suitable for UPS handling and delivery. Return shipping charges are paid by Melody Wholesale. It will not be necessary for you to pay shipping charges at the time of pick-up.
You may send the package to us via United States Postal Service. In this case, re-package the item suitable for shipping and send it back to us via U.S. mail, ground delivery.

Returning Undamaged Items
Our Web Site provides our customers with a detailed description and the most accurate visual representation possible of each item in our inventory. In the event you receive an item that isn’t exactly what you expected, the item may be returned. In this case, the following return policy applies.
The return item must be reported to us within 15 days of receipt.
The item must be returned to us in new condition, the same condition in which it was shipped.
You may send the package to us via United States Postal Service. Re-package the item suitable for shipping and send it back to us via U.S. mail.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. However, Melody Wholesale will pay shipping on any replacement item. This is limited to one replacement item transaction.
